Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert property advisory services to clients across residential and investment markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Guide clients through the full property journey including off-plan purchases, resale opportunities, and property management solutions.
- Conduct market research to advise clients with up-to-date knowledge of trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Represent Three Tens Global at property launches, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic settings.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build trust quickly.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
